offered from the incubator, FTmsquare, manufacturing, COEs etc.

Support in market research and validation for all the
Startups (we need to bring in resource person, identify mentors for that).
4. Product Development and Prototyping
Give them access to labs, COEs tie up with other R & d
organisations for access for various technologies which we don’t have we again need to identify key
mentors in those specific tech areas.
5. Mentorship and Coaching
Mentorship and coaching from experienced entrepreneurs and industry
experts for our Startups to get an idea and insights.
6. Business Model Development
Customised business model development we need to provide for
the Startups to refine their business models, focusing on revenue streams, pricing strategies, and
cost structures.
7. Pitch Preparation
Preparing startups to pitch their ideas effectively, in investors pitch day or
demo day in front of VCs, angel investors etc.
8. Customer Acquisition Strategy
Developing
strategies for acquiring and retaining customers, involving marketing and sales training (need to
identify external resource person for this).
9. Financial Planning
Guidance on financial management, budgeting, and fundraising strategies (external mentor
sessions need to be organised).
10. Access to Funding
Assistance in securing funding, introductions to investors or guidance, govt
schemes, seed fund grants, our own seed fund etc.
11. Scaling and Growth for Startups
Scaling and Growth for Startups ( for Startups which have already launched their products
customised support for them).
12. Legal and IP Support
Guidance on legal issues, contracts, intellectual property protection, and
compliance (need to identify key mentors for this).
13. Networking and Partnerships with industries
Continued networking opportunities and potential
partnerships with other startups or established companies.
14. International Expansion (if applicable)
Support for startups looking to expand into international
markets by collaborating with companies.
15. Digital marketing
Branding session using experts on how to position the brand, increase
brand perception and affinity.
16. Exit Strategy and Sustainability
Preparing startups for potential exits, whether through
acquisition, IPO, or sustainable long-term growth.
17. Alumni Network
After completing the program, startups become part of an alumni network,
providing ongoing support and connections.
